About me
A medical doctor by background, I am an Associate Partner and Clinical Safety Officer in IBM's global healthcare and life sciences practice, and the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Doctorpreneurs, a not-for-profit organisation and one of the world's first and largest communities for medical innovators and entrepreneurs. A recognised industry thought leader and healthcare technology executive, I have considerable experience working at the intersection of clinical, commercial and technology fields to improve health and care. I am a specialist in digital health and the responsible application of Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies in healthcare.
I have supported healthcare & life sciences clients across 22 countries, previously holding global leadership roles including Global Clinical Adoption Leader at IBM Watson Health and Clinical Lead for Digital Health at Bupa. I have built, led and managed global cross-functional teams working across international healthcare systems.
A Fellow of the British Computer Society and previously the World Economic Forum's AI Governance Alliance, I am a Digital Health Advisor to startups, VCs and innovation units, and regular speaker at international healthcare technology conferences and at leading Universities.
